When you want to return the product/products you have purchased from AybeyProfil.com, you can return the products you can return within the legal period by clicking on the product return form from your member panel and after informing us of the reason for your return within 15 days from the delivery date and clarifying how to return it. Returns of products that have not filled in the return form on the website are not accepted. Returns of products that have not been filled in and that have been returned without informing us will not be accepted. Returns of the products whose waybill and invoice are lost and whose tracking number is not reported are not accepted. There are no refunds for custom size orders. There are absolutely no returns on personalized products. The shipping cost of defective or faulty products is covered by us. Arbitrary Return or Exchange Round-trip Shipping Fee is paid by the buyer. If the invoice of the product you want to return is corporate, you must send it together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. Return invoice product price (including VAT) should be issued. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued.
PRODUCT RETURN RULE
Returns of the product and its packaging are not accepted for impact, breakage, destruction, deterioration, tearing, use, products with a cargo label attached on the original box and taped with duct tape or other tape. Returns of products that have lost their salability feature and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.
RETURN TIME
